The developer, a major Hong Kong property company, describes the area the apartment is located in as 'a majestic realm for the city who's who' and claims it is the most expensive in Asia according to value per sq ft.
As well as an aroma spa centre, fitness room, outdoor yoga gym and grand harbour views, the new homeowner will also enjoy an exclusive address in the hills of Hong Kong's main island.
The deal comes at a time when Hong Kong real estate, which is benefiting from mainland China's booming market and currency working through the world financial system, is surging.
The city has long had one of the world's most expensive property markets, with prices that many local residents are unable to afford.
Around 47 per cent of people in Hong Kong live in publicly subsidised housing, according to government data.
