India’s richest man, and the fourth-richest man in the world, has eschewed understatement and built a 27-story Mumbai skyscraper,the 570-foot building, called Antila is worth £630 million or $1 billion,setting the record as the first billion dollar home and the world’s most expensive residential home.
The building is named after a mythical island “Antilia”. It contains a health club with a gym and dance studio, at least one swimming pool, a ballroom, guestrooms, a variety of lounges ,a 50-seater cinema,The roof has three helicopter pads and there is space in underground parking for 160 cars.
